Laser Photo Engraving – Amazing Yeti Engraving of your own photo!
Finding the perfect gift can be difficult. But our incredible laser photo engraving is the perfect truly unique gift or customisation for your Yeti (or almost anything else you can think of!!!).
Imagine having a genuinely personal engraving from your favourite photo on your Yeti drink bottle or almost anything you can think of and best of all it’s all done in our workshop here in Darwin!
Do I need to have a high-quality photo for laser photo engraving?
We know it’s not always possible to get a high-quality photograph for use with engraving. So, when we were presented with this blurry, ancient, non-contrasting photograph, we knew we would be up for a challenge 🙌
Using our unique set of design principles, we use Photoshop to set out first to remove the background, then painfully enhance each feature and boundary to give the contrast and definition required to be able to even think about turning this image into an engraving format.
Then the clip is passed through another photo editor where the resolution can be cut and sharpened, finally removing the colour before separating it into thousands of pixels ready for each laser strike 
The image is resized for the product and sent to the laser.
And here is the result!
